1. Use of the Platform

2. Event Listings

• Event organisers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings.
• We may edit, decline, or remove any event that is inappropriate, misleading, or violates these Terms.
• Events must comply with applicable UK laws, including licensing, safety, and age restrictions.

3. Content & Intellectual Property

All content uploaded to the Platform (including images, text, and logos) remains the property of the uploader. By posting content, you grant Evenzy a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and promote the event on our Platform and associated marketing channels. The Evenzy name, logo, and design elements are owned by us and may not be used without permission.

4. User Accounts

• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

5. Tickets, Bookings and Payments

Evenzy is primarily an event listing platform. Unless explicitly stated, we do not sell or manage tickets. Where third-party links are provided for ticket sales, we are not responsible for payment processing, refunds, or cancellations. These are handled by the event organiser or ticket provider.

6. Liability

• Evenzy is not the organiser of events listed on the Platform (unless clearly indicated).
• We do not guarantee that events will take place as described and accept no liability for cancellations, changes, or losses incurred.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evenzy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Platform to:

• Post unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or fraudulent content.
• Upload viruses, spam, or malicious code.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time without prior notice if you breach these Terms.
